London, UK: Man charged over Buckingham Palace incident

Mohiussunnath Choudhury, 26, of Luton, was charged under the Terrorism Act 2006 for "engaging in conduct in preparation for giving effect to his intention to commit an act or acts of terrorism."
He will appear at Westminster Magistrates' Court later on Thursday.
It is alleged he drove at police and reached for a 4ft sword last Friday.

Russia's Sakhalin Island Disappears From Online Maps As North Korea Fires Missile

The Pacific island of Sakhalin has partially disappeared from Russia’s Yandex map service.
The Russian equivalent of Google Maps, Yandex Maps, does not show the Far Eastern island on either its website or app on maps zoomed between 180 and 3000 kilometers from the earth's surface.

Aaron Motsoaledi condemned "health tourism" while speaking in Zimbabwe.
President Robert Mugabe, who frequently receives treatment in Singapore, had left the meeting of health ministers when Dr Motsoaledi made the comments.
Mr Mugabe's spokesman has said that the president's doctor "is not only Zimbabwean, he is actually black… He is very, very, very black".
