Yuan near a 3-week high against dollar

Squawk Box Live is tracking market reaction after China's central bank set the yuan benchmark up for a second day, sending the currency close to a three-week high against the dollar. The fix comes as Chinese officials gather for annual policy meetings in Beijing.
