Ghana to recruit Cuban doctors

Ghana plans to bring in 177 doctors from Cuba to work at state hospitals hit by a strike by doctors, Health Minister Alex Segbefia has
said at a press conference.
The government would also retain those Cuban doctors whose contracts had expired, he added.
Negotiations between the government and the doctors have broken down.
