Whats wrong with USA public? The lady has constitutionally guaranteed right to worship. If issuing marriage certificate to gay people is against her religion; wouldn't it be depriving her rights to worship for someone to send her to prison because she exercised her faith? Couldn't any other person issue the certificate other than her?
