China October inflation eases to 1.3 pct


BEIJING, Nov. 10 (Xinhua) -- China's consumer price index, a main gauge of inflation, grew 1.3 percent year on year in October, easing from the 1.6-percent rise in September, the Chinese National Bureau of Statistics announced Tuesday according to cctv.


This is amid Asian share falls and crude slide to week high. The have been speculation on the integrity of Chinese figures in the past by a certain section of the press.
